Ragging is an offence . People who practice ragging are no less than a criminal. Yet practiced in various parts of the world. It isn't restricted to certain age, occupation, or stream. Just the difference is that in some places the practice is more and in some places the practice is less. Remember if you are facing ragging you are the victim not the guilty.
