Depression?! - Lets defeat it

I know it's tough to deal with thoughts that de motivates you... when people strictly disagrees with you... they doubt your presence. You feel like a vagabond, a creature with no identity. Slowly the your confidence gets shattered and depression takes hold all over your brain. Your nerves gets down and seems to stop working. I know how much painful it is for you. But during this toughest time when your thoughts itself starts torturing you.. the most important thing that you need to be hold on to is the Self- confidence. Not let your self - confidence die... discuss your problems to your best buddies and if it's parents then you are definitely going to beat the depression. And if not then open your heart to a person whom you trust blindly and is trust worthy, who will not judge you. Because at this time you need someone to listen to your problems and understands them.. not one who will just assume your situation and throw random advices. Remember sharing your problems is a solution in it self. Half of your burden of  depressing thoughts ends and you fell relieved. Give time to yourself. Stop thinking about those things and people who exploit your thoughts. Discover your hidden talents... nourish them make yourself presentable and competitive. Take part in group discussions... group chats... engage in short outings... make your thoughts open to tge society.  This will help building your confidence and accept yourself.
 If you follow even 50% of this trust me you are all most there to the end of a distasteful life and thousands of doors to better opportunity and a shining life will open in front of you.
You just need to take the right decision.
