How to face Criticism

We think that they are abusing us and discouraging us.
But we hardly try to figure out the actual meaning of the term criticism.
The term basically has two meanings.
1 the expression of disapproval of someone or something on the basis of perceived faults or mistakes.
2 the analysis and judgement of the merits and faults of a literary or artistic work.
Taking in concern the 2 meanings : In this learned people praises,compares and discusses the works of a renowned person. As per this concept Critic is a respectable and important dignity.
But most of the time common people like us face criticism i.e. negative criticism from our relatives, friends, random people and even sometimes parents. This really breaks our confidence and make us feel low. We start to feel inferior to others.
So, here I am with some solutions on how to fight this type of criticism i.e negative criticism and shine back.
Why criticism?!
Always remember that if people are taking out time from their busy schedule to criticize you that means you are doing something right and most importantly better than them. Most of the time a tinge of jealousy leads people towards criticizing others.
People mostly criticizes you on stupid things or say baseless topics i.e. a) the way you dress, b) the way you talk c) the way you behave on social media, d) based on your choices, e) based on group of people you hang out with.
They may even abuse you verbally by giving you slang or mocking you.
And if you take this criticisms seriously it may result towards deteriorating your health condition. It may lead to anxiety, depression, fall of blood pressure, inferiority complex etc.
Ways to face criticism
and overcome it
Remember whoever criticizes you do it intentionally in order to make you feel low and break your confidence. Don't let your evil wishers win over you, face the problem , fight back and shine more brighter.
1) POSITIVITY
Stay positive. Allow only positive vibes around you. Talk to people to support you, who are your well wishers, who give positive vibes and has an ambition to improve themselves.
2) CONTINUITY
Continue to do your work and ignore the negative reviews. Try to keep consistency in your work that can be anything and keep on improving and bring innovation to your
work. Hold on to your patience .
If you can keep control over your anger and keep clam then you can make utilize the most of your brain and give shape to a mind full of thoughts. And no one can ever stop you from reaching your success.
Don't you feel bore when their is no criticism? Don't you feel like a celebrity when you see people are investing most of their time in criticizing you?
Well, I am among them who awaits for criticisms they give me more strength and a strong boost to my self respect. Criticisms can give you extra power to work and even push you a thousand step ahead towards achieving your goal but only then when you take criticisms positively and enjoy the little stardom it's providing you.
